This is a trigger cross reference “cheat sheet” table compiled primarily from the links below. Some additional info is from the TED mamas safe/unsafe poll in group (accurate to spring2018), and other resources such as images (for food families) which can be found in the TED mamas FB group’s **food safety file**. Lectin resources have been included below but not in the spread sheet. If you have any suggestions, corrections please let me know and I will try to make changes as and when I learn more information.
